You have the option of connecting various third-party applications to our account in Manageable so that We can transfer information between those applications and your Manageable account. You can always disconnect any of those applications at any time through your Account Settings in Manageable
You can connect a Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Outlook, or Google account that was provided by your employer to facilitate your login to Manageable. Through this connection We will collect your email address, profile picture, name, and other account details.
You can connect work and/or personal calendars through Cronofy, a third-party app that creates connections to a variety of other third-party calendar applications (e.g. Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Apple Calendar, etc.) so that events created in your Manageable account can be automatically added to your calendar. After you connect a calendar, We will be able to read the following information from your connected calendars:
- Calendar name
- Calendar sharing status
- Whether you own the calendar or not
- The free/busy status of all event on the calendar (owned by you or by others)
We will also be able to create events on your connected calendars, and once an event is created, We will be able to read, change, and delete only those events that were created through Manageable
How We Use Your Information
We use information that We collect about You or that You provide to Us, including any Personal Information, to:
- Present Our Website and its contents to You
- Provide You with information, products, or services that You request from Us
- Fulfill any other purpose for which You provide it
